Brow Microblading is not new, as a matter of fact, I had my first microblading experience back in 2018. But I know some people who are still on the fence, still undecided if the pain is really worth it, still asking if the brows will still look good after quite some time, and there are those who are just waiting for a prompt for them to actually do it. 2018: FIRST MICROBLADING EXPERIENCE
When brow microblading was fairly new in Cebu, and there weren't that many salons offering to do them, Minked Brows and Beauty Salon already stood out because of how natural the brows looked in all of their posts. But even so, it still took me a while to give in to the call of the i-woke-up-with-kilay-on-fleek look because
1) semi-permanent brows. i tend to change my eyebrows' arch from time to time
2) anything that includes needles and blades on my face scares the hell out of me
3) the "blade" in microblading
But like what some people say, if it scares you, then it might be a good thing to try 😂
Here's my brows in 2018 (the day after), Hyperrealistic brows by where Mikee used a microblade tool to make small hair-like strokes to mimic the look of real, natural brows.
2021: SECOND MICROBLADING SESSION
This Brow Refresh took a while because life (got pregnant and gave birth to Mia), the pandemic, and Typhoon Odette happened. But when I was finally back at their dainty salon after 3 years, we went for Combination Brows; this is both Hyperrealistic strokes plus shading at the tail end of the brows to make them look more filled in. I was a little hesitant at first but I also know that I need lesser time to get ready in the morning. Filled in brows but still looking very natural was what I was going for, and Minked still delivered.
2024: THE BROW REFRESH I WAS WAITING FOR

Brow Microblading
The initial microblading session. You may avail of different brow styles from Hyperrealistic brows, Combination Brows, and Powder Ombré Brows. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Rate: ₱10,000
Brow Retouch
Brow Retouch is a perfecting session. Valid only 1-3 months from your initial brow session done by Minked. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Rate: ₱2,000
Brow Refresh
After your initial brow session and/or brow retouch, you can now do a brow refresh. This is done every 6 months to 1.5 years. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Rate: ₱4,500
